Dive into deep relaxation with a healing Sound Bath workshop facilitated by Maria Perme. Bathe your body and mind in the healing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. You’ll be led through a guided meditation to set your intention, gentle movement to open and prepare the body, followed by a sound immersion that will lull you into a state of profound peace.
