Adult Grief Support Group at Centering Space
Led by Elisha Evanko, Bereavement Counselor for Hospice of the Western Reserve, our monthly grief support session is a gathering for those who have experienced the death of a loved one. Grief support groups provide a safe place to connect with other grievers, express emotions, receive education about grief and loss, and learn new ways to problem solve and cope with situations. Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra at Centering Space
Dive into deep relaxation with a healing Sound Bath workshop, facilitated by Maria Perme. Bathe your body and mind in the healing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments.
