Easy-to-Keep New Year’s Resolutions

Easy-to-Keep New Year’s Resolutions

Making New Year resolutions has fallen out of favor in recent years. After all, what makes Jan. 1 so special? Shouldn’t we improve ourselves throughout the year… not just when it’s starting?

That’s one side. Here’s another: it’s easy to slide into bad habits if we don’t set goals. Why not use the New Year as a jumping-off point?

We came across a list of (arguably) easy-to-keep resolutions from a health care system that is practical and, we have to admit—achievable— for 2024.

The resolutions are summarized below. Find the full list here.

1. Get More Shut-Eye
2. Clean (up) Your Plate
3. Wash Away Health Worries
4. Take Small Steps — Just More of Them
5. Stay Positive
6. Drink Wisely
7. Get Help from Your Primary Care Doctor

Simple enough to set your New Year on the right path?

We thought so!
