Ben Rose Community Fair, Aug. 2

Benjamin Rose Institute is inviting the community to a free day of inspiration and celebration from 1:30-5 p.m. Sat., Aug. 2 at Benjamin Rose, 11890 Fairhill Road, Cleveland.

The event follows the organization’s Golden Achievement Award celebration luncheon Triumph: Benjamin Rose Celebrates You! The day honors not only extraordinary community members who defy aging stereotypes and inspire others to rethink aging, but also highlights the achievements and stories of the organization’s clients.

Ben Rose supports the aging journeys of adults and those who care for them through wellness, housing and financial services, as well as research and advocacy.

The festivities include information booths from local partners, raffles, live music, dancing and a produce giveaway hosted by the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.

Special Guests are Ahmaad Crump, the in-arena host of the Cleveland Cavaliers, who will host the event, and Cecil Rucker Jr. and Good Vibes performing live.

Hot dogs and water will be available to everyone while supplies last.

This event is an opportunity to connect with others and learn more about the impactful work being done for older adults in the community.
