Facilitator Teesie Vallero invites you to gift yourself a full weekend devoted to YOU. As women we care for, nurture, and takecare of others. This retreat will provide the space and tools to identify, address and heal a wound you have been carrying. During our time together you will discover your ability to build an unshakeable foundation for yourself. The components will be Self Love, Self Compassion, Self Forgiveness, Self Acceptance, and Self Care. Quiet the inner critic and embrace the Healer who lives within.
