Diane Jenks Offers Zoom Yoga Sessions for All

During this time of social distancing, Boomer blogger Diane Jenks (OutSPOKEn Cyclist) is offering two weekly yoga classes from her Daily Yoga studio in Highland Heights via the Zoom videoconferencing platform. In order to join, all you need is an internet connection and a computer, tablet, or smartphone. This way, anyone with Wi-Fi and a device can enjoy the benefits of yoga class without leaving the comfort and security of home.

Diane’s online classes take place on Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 9:30am. To join the live video feed, send Diane your email address ([email protected]) and she will send you to the link to join the Zoom sessions, including a password, the day before each class.

Currently, there is no charge for these classes. However, if you like them and wish to support the studio while it is closed, you can send a payment via PayPal of any amount to [email protected].
