Grand Opening: Westlake Community Services Center

There will be a Grand Opening Ceremony and ribbon-cutting at the new Westlake Community Services Center on Tuesday, July 13, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The event will include self-guided tours, music, refreshments, an ice cream truck, a raffle, health screenings and food cooked by St. John Medical Center’s personal chef.

Immediately after the Grand Opening festivities, the Westlake-Bay Village Observer will host its own State of the City address with Mayor Clough, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Eileen Humphrey Auditorium.

The City of Westlake recently held a dedication ceremony for the new facility on June 18. The event corresponded with the 40th Anniversary of the Westlake Department of Community Services (originally known as the Office on Aging).
