Benjamin Rose, a Cleveland-based agency that serves older adults and caregivers, will host a day of inspiration and celebration on Friday, Aug. 1, with Triumph: Benjamin Rose Celebrates You!
The special event includes lunch, moving client testimonials, awards, and a keynote address from Margot Copeland, a leader in the local business and philanthropic communities.
The Triumph luncheon runs from noon to 1:30 p.m., with doors opening to the buffet at 11 a.m. Tickets to the luncheon are $75 each. Tables accommodate up to 10 people.
The event will recognize the following people or groups:
- Semanthie Brooks, who will receive the Inez Tillman Killingsworth Community Leadership Award
- Greater Cleveland Food Bank, which will receive the Community Partnership Award
- The John A. Hartford Foundation, which will receive the Above & Beyond Award

The lunch will be followed by a free community fair at the Benjamin Rose Headquarters, 11890 Fairhill Road, from 1:30 – 4 p.m. The fair will include information from the agency’s partners and live music from Cecil Rucker Jr. and Good Vibes.
Proceeds from the event support Benjamin Rose services within its four programming pillars: Home & Community Based Services, Housing & Homeownership, Financial Wellness and Research, Education & Advocacy.
