Thanks, Boomer Bash Lake—It was Rad!

Thanks, Boomer Bash Lake—It was Rad!

We want to thank everyone who came to Boomer Bash Lake on June 27 at the beautiful LaMalfa event center for a Rad ’80s theme party.

You came dressed to celebrate with eye-popping colors, legwarmers and other ’80s garb. We hope you had plenty of time to visit with our vendors and also to sing, dance, sample food and mix and mingle with other guests. We had a great time meeting Boomer readers and hearing your ideas for upcoming magazine stories.

One of our most ardent supporters is Debi Crute from Willoughby who brought her smoke-stained Bash ticket to the event. She rescued it after a fire broke out at her home. Now that’s dedication.

Says Boomer publisher Brad Mitchell, “We look forward to these Boomer Bash events all year round, just like our attendees and vendors do as well. Bringing everyone together under one umbrella to celebrate thriving after 55, to find new solutions for living better, to socialize and to dance and enjoy good food and drink: it doesn’t get any better than this.”

Our next Bash is Oct. 10 at Signature of Solon. This one especially will appeal to all you Parrotheads: our theme is Boomer Bash in Margaritaville. Watch for details on our website and in The Beat newsletter.
