Stan Hywet Auto Show Set for Sept. 10

Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens will host the 10th Molto Bella Auto Show from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.,  Sunday, Sept. 10, (rain date, September 17). A wide array of vintage Ferraris, rare classics, custom and exotic sports cars and other high-value vehicles are included in the more than 300 cars displayed on the Great Meadow, with the historic Manor House and gardens as a backdrop. Self-guided tours of the Manor House and gardens are included in admission.Food is available from Todaro’s and Molly’s Cafe, with gelato and coffee specialty drinks for sale from Café Arnone. Molto Bella also features the Cut & Toast Premium cigar truck, and live music.

Tickets to the Molto Bella Auto Show are $19 adults, $10 youth (3-17). Tickets may be purchased online at stanhywet.org, or by phone at 330-315-3287.

Parking is off-site with free shuttles. Parking locations include Todaro’s Party Center at 1820 Akron-Peninsula Road; additional off-site parking locations will be listed at stanhywet.org in early September.  A limited number of handicapped parking spots in Stan Hywet’s main lot (hangtag required) is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Molto Bella Auto Show is sponsored by Cornwell Quality Tools and Summit Racing. This event benefits Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens and the Kidney Foundation of Summit County.

Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens is located at 714 N. Portage Path in Akron, Ohio, and is the former home of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company co-founder F.A. Seiberling and his family. Since 1957, it has been a non-profit historic house museum where the public can learn about the cultural, educational, and inspirational riches of one of the most significant achievements in architecture and horticulture to come out of America’s Industrial Age.
