Pumpkin Spice. Crazy or Craving It?

Pumpkin Spice. Crazy or Craving It?

- in Food & Nutrition, Fun, Holidays, Pop Culture

The most jarring thing at the grocery store lately isn’t the high prices (although they’re sobering). Nope. For many of us, it’s seeing pumpkin spice in so many products — some that have no business appropriating the seasonal spice.

Truthfully, the diatribes against all things pumpkin spice wear thin. There are plenty of things to be concerned about, and that’s what makes these gripes so fun. It’s a harmless discussion: Are you pro or anti pumpkin spice? No one is cancelling holiday plans over the issue, yet everyone has an opinion.

So we went through the store aisles and combed the web to see what products are back and what’s been added in the pumpkin spice department. Here’s the real question: What pumpkin grower marketing genius realized we’ll buy almost any limited-edition pumpkin spice product? We say, good for them.

Here’s what’s selling (and a few Boomer favorites). Tell us about your favorite pumpkin spice product.
