Go Ahead, Test Your Brain Power with Mini Puzzles

By Kathryn Kilpatrick

There’s been a lot of talk lately about memory tests and cognitive ability.  Maybe you don’t have any trouble remembering or repeating word sequences. But do you misplace emails? Lose your To-Do lists?  Forget why you walked into a room?

Brain health consultant Kathryn Kilpatrick says those common missteps result from multi-tasking overload. We’re doing three things at one time and none of them with our full attention.

Try these mini puzzles to give your brain a mini-workout. And remember (there it is again!), we carry longer puzzles in the Brain Games section in each issue of Northeast Ohio Boomer and Beyond.
