This 30-minute coaching session with a family physician will provide resources that will help you organize the information you will need for a productive visit and leave with clear goals for our future care. This is not a diagnostic session, rather an educational and informational interaction to better prepare you to become a successful advocate for yourself or a loved one. $25 resident/OSC member, $30 non-resident
