Join facilitator Catherine Mangan in Circle as we create Sacred Space and celebrate the turning of the Wheel of the Year to the season of Beltane in the Northern Hemisphere. Also known as May Day, it is the time between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice. Beltane celebrates Nature in all Her noisy, frenetic, amorous energy. In our Sacred Space at Unity Spiritual Center, 23855 Detroit Road, Westlake, we will celebrate this season with ritual, music, drumming, food, drink and “family friendly” revelry, as we celebrate Nature as the Maiden who is young, playful and endlessly creative. Weather permitting, we will be outdoors with a fire, so bring your chairs and drums. You are invited to wear your “fairy finery” (think Medieval/Renaissance Faire).
