Fair Food Drive-Thru, Aug. 11-16

Fair Food Drive-Thru, Aug. 11-16

While the directors of the Cuyahoga County Fair Board made the difficult decision to postpone the 124th Annual Cuyahoga County Fair scheduled for August 11-16th in Berea, they will hold the first-ever “Fair Food Drive Thru” for those needing their “Fair Food Fix” next weekend on what would have been the event’s annual fair weekend.

Fair Board Concession Director Diane Barton states: “It will be a drive-thru venture highlighting favorite midway foods with many concessionaires that have been a part of the Cuyahoga County Fair for many years. The only differences are Admission is FREE, and you don’t have to get out of your car!”

“An array of sandwiches, entrées, desserts, treats and beverages will be prepared and packaged for you to enjoy and take home!” added Fair Board Secretary, Dave Stephan.

Attendees should plan to enter at the Bagley Road Main Entrance where they will be given a menu and map of the concessions that are available and will be directed to those vendors they choose; and then will exit through Gate 3 onto Eastland Road.

The Cuyahoga County Agricultural Society (producers of the Cuyahoga County Fair) worked closely with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health in following all event guidelines for approval needed to host this very special event.

Be sure to mark your calendars for Saturday, August 15th and Sunday, August 16th from 11am – 7PM each day to visit Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds. All the details on this “Tasty” event can be found at cuyfair.com.
