  1. I gave up meat, dairy, and eggs in 2011. I am 68 and I feel great and take no medications. I appreciate that you wrote this article. Meat is not only unnecessary, but is responsible for many diseases, harm to our planet, and of course, horrible for the animals. I have so many delicious plant-based recipes, I hope to live long enough to try them all! : )
