Long-time Solon resident and noted local artist Ron Hill is the upcoming featured artist at the Solon Branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library and will play host to a special Open House Sunday, October 28th from 1:30-3:30pm. Hill, an illustrator, cartoonist and caricaturist, has been creating illustrations for books, newspapers and magazines for over 30 years. His month-long exhibit will highlight his acrylic painting, something he’s worked at over the years. Stop by to view his work and talk to him about his original art at this special Sunday afternoon Open House in the Library’s main meeting room. Hill’s work will be on display until late November. The ongoing Solon Art Exhibit is made possible by the Friends of the Solon Library. The Library is located at 34125 Portz Parkway.
