Northeast Ohio Thrive After 55 is partnering with VANTAGE Aging for a sure-to-be-fun evening filled with entertainment, education and freebies!
Boogie on down through the vendor tables, socialize with friends, and meet new people. You can also learn about businesses and organizations that serve people 55 and older and take home useful giveaways. Be sure to strike a pose at the Pure Image photo booth or flash those pearly whites to sketch artist Wendy Carrick Fedan.
Our special guest VANTAGE Aging has promoted successful aging since 1975 by providing programs that support the needs of older adults who wish to age in place and live independently with dignity. Offering state-wide assistance to low-income adults seeking job training and employment, the agency’s Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) updates job skills for people 55 and older and places them in part-time employment.
In 2023, this program expanded to reach 36 counties in Northern and Central Indiana. Retired and senior adults who wish to give back to the community can remain active through RSVP. Health and wellness are essential to the success of aging in place. Meals on Wheels of Northeast Ohio (MOWNEO) helps older adults remain safely in their homes by providing nutritious home-delivered meals and regular wellness checks.
Support this organization with $1 raffle tickets sold throughout the event. All proceeds go to VANTAGE Aging.
