The Boomer Bash was a Blast; We Can’t Wait to Do It Again

We hope you had as much fun at our Boomer Bash East as we did on Oct. 24.

The venue was spectacular, although we knew that Landerhaven in Mayfield Heights always is a winner.

The entertainment? That was terrific, too. Cleveland’s own singing sensation Nick Costa and fellow entertainer Bill Pirie lived up to the hype. Live entertainment makes all the difference, although our DJ Chad had just the right mix of 60s and 70s (and later) tunes to keep everyone happy.

More than 60 companies and food vendors were on hand to meet and greet our guests. About 450 people turned out for the Bash. They danced, had fun in our photo booth, sipped a cocktail or two, and checked out our array of raffle items and prizes.

We were thrilled to have on board as a Silver Sponsor Daniels Financial Group, Inc. Owner Danny Smith is the author of the Amazon #1 Bestselling Book, “The Baby Boomer’s Guide to a Rockin’ & Rollin’ Retirement,” and is a Boomer magazine columnist.

Our other Silver Sponsor, Humana, had an amazing assortment of resources and information about programs related to insurance needs.

We also had Boomer pop culture columnist Mike Olszewski answering – and asking – local trivia questions, and our tech columnist Tak Sato troubleshooting tech issues.

Proceeds from our raffle benefited the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Look for future Bash dates later next year.
