Talk to Us, Please

It’s been a long, cold winter, and we’re not talking about the temperature.

Those of us at Northeast Ohio Thrive After 55 are eager to get our magazine back in your hands after retiring the Boomer magazine name in November.

The good news is that spring is coming and that means Thrive’s first issue will be arriving soon, too. Look for it at your favorite places (libraries, senior centers, Marc’s, Discount Drug Mart and others) in late March and at our Bash event March 27 in Westlake.

We hope you’ve been keeping up with us on our website, northeastohiothrive.com, through our Wednesday electronic newsletter and on Facebook. But, to be honest, we need more. We miss our readers and want to hear from you.

What do you like about our magazine? What stories or columns have made a difference in your life, changed your opinion about something or simply made you laugh? Tell us how Boomer/Thrive has influenced how you think about aging.

Send your comments to editor@northeastohiothrive. We’ll randomly choose six readers to win free tickets to the Cleveland Film Festival or an Akron RubberDucks minor league baseball game. Please send your comments to us by March 14.

People say talk is cheap, but for us, it’s priceless. We hope to hear from you soon.
