Be inspired by one of Vincent van Gogh’s most famous paintings to move and breathe. Invite “The Starry Night” to fire your yoga flow and ignite your creative spirit. Gaze and meditate upon this masterpiece while learning about its origins, the life of the artist and the artistic technique. Explore various prompts to unleash your own creative potentials and apply new found insights to your yoga practice and your life.
Please bring a yoga mat*, blanket, light snack and water (a short break will be included). *Yoga mats are also available to borrow. Also bring a journal and colored pencils to collect your thoughts in words and sketches.
No previous yoga or art experience is necessary!
