This musical celebration of To Kill a Mockingbird will be held virtually on Zoom.

In Scout’s Playlist, audience members will get to know the various personalities of Maycomb County through discussions of the contemporary music that Harper Lee’s beloved characters would likely have listened to. We will listen to famous recordings and explore the historical, social, and political contexts for music representing Scout, Atticus, Calpurnia, Tom Robinson, and the Ewells. Presented by Stephanie Ruozzo, Education and Engagement Associate at Cleveland Opera Theater.

Registration and an email address are required to receive the Zoom link to participate. A meeting link will be emailed to registered participants approximately one hour prior to the start of the program. Staff will be available for help with connecting to Zoom and technical issues beginning 15 minutes prior to the program. You will need a device with audio and/or video and an internet connection to join. If you are using a tablet or phone, please visit your App Store to download the Zoom app ahead of time.
