Below are clubs open to people throughout Greater Cleveland, Northeast Ohio and Akron. Joining a club is a terrific way for older adults and seniors to meet people.

Akron Bicycle Club 

What: Bike trips April through September, three or four weekday  and evenings, two or three on the weekend. Many rides take place near the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Club Maple at Maple Ridge Senior Living

What: If you’re looking for a way to mix and mingle with other older adults, head to Club Maple at Maple Ridge Senior Living in

Willoughby. The club meets in a free-standing cottage on the campus.

When: 1 p.m. on the last Thursday of every month.

Erie Shores Photography Club

What: Learn about photography with like-minded enthusiasts

Emerald Necklace Garden Club (ENGC)
