Cleveland Play House brings “Fiddler on the Roof ” to the Allen Theatre stage to close the 2024-25 theatre season. The popular production runs now through May 25.

Cleveland Play House Artistic Director Michael Barakiva says, “Fiddler, like many great musicals,  tells the very specific story of a very specific community, and the more specific it gets, the more universal the experience becomes. The microscope becomes the telescope. The writers of Fiddler were very clear about how they wanted to tell the Jewish story as a lens for the greater human  experience.”

Performances of “Fiddler on the Roof “are 7 p.m. Tuesdays, 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays and 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

Tickets start at $35.40 (including ticket fees) and $29.50 for onstage seats.  Ohio Direction/EBT cardholders receive $5.40 admission to any performance (up to 8 tickets).  Military personnel can receive up to 50% off tickets.
