Winter Hiking, Natural Health Solutions, Better Zzs and So Much More!

Welcome to our digital edition of the January/February issue of Northeast Ohio Boomer and Beyond, featuring our original cover by local artist Virginia K. Phillips!

We cover a wide range of topics to enrich your journey to “Better Living After 50.” Read about two authors whose books are set in Northeast Ohio and learn why it’s such a rich setting for their popular fiction series.

Meanwhile, don’t let the cold weather and grey skies keep you cooped up indoors. We’ve got hundreds of trails and parks to explore; many hiking enthusiasts say winter is their favorite time of year.

When was the last time you had a good night’s sleep? Find helpful tips in our story about natural solutions to improve your Zzzs.

New grandparent? Not so fast. A lot has changed since we were raising our babies. We’ve got you covered with an overview about infant care, 2021-style.

How do you know if it’s time to consider alternative medicine? We break down what it is, what’s safe, and why integrative and complementary treatments are valuable tools that local physicians recommend for some of their patients.

We’ve only touched on a few stories in our jam-packed January/February issue. Look for it, and enjoy!

Print copies are coming to newsstands (Marc’s, Discount Drug Mart, Giant Eagle and others) soon. Of course, Boomer Insider Club members get our print issue mailed directly to their homes. But if you’re out and about, look for our next issue featuring winter hikes throughout Northeast Ohio.
