Holy Family Fall Bereavement Programs
When we experience the death of someone close to us it is natural and normal to grieve our loss. With the support of the compassionate bereavement team at Holy Family Hospice, you do not have to go through it alone. Founded in 1956 Holy Family has been the forerunner in the greater Cleveland area in caring for patients and families facing a terminal illness. The following programs are open to the community and offered free of charge.
