Winter Waterfall Hikes: It’s a Thing People Do

Have you ever thought, “Gosh, it’s really cold; I should hike to a waterfall”?

Nah, we haven’t either. But that doesn’t mean it’s not a good idea. Anyone can enjoy a waterfall in the Cleveland Metroparks when the weather is nice, but winter’s ice and snow add a dramatic twist, scenery that’s well worth a chilly hike, if you believe the folks at Cleveland Metroparks.

From now through February, join a Cleveland Metroparks naturalist for a hike to a waterfall. January hikes are listed below and include some of the park system’s most beautiful places. Find February’s hikes here.
