Cleveland Metroparks’ Top Snowy-Day Hikes

Cleveland Metroparks’ Top Snowy-Day Hikes

Some days are just too miserable to venture out; that’s winter in Northeast Ohio. And as tempting as it is to stay tucked under a blanket with a good book and a cup of tea, there’s nothing quite as invigorating as a hike in the snow.

If you don’t believe me, believe your body. Even a short stint outside in cold weather can clear your head and give a fresh perspective on life (or the day, at least).

The key is to wear good boots, cover your head, and make sure your hands are toasty warm. Need suggestions to start your outdoor adventuring? Try the Cleveland Metroparks YouTube channel and its Ten To Explore: Best Trails in the Snow.

The trails are sprinkled throughout the Metroparks. Below is the list. Go to Cleveland Metroparks for directions.
