Case-Barlow Farm Winter Wonderland

Case-Barlow Farm Winter Wonderland

We’re getting into the thick of holiday events, and here’s another one: the Winter Wonderland at Hudson’s Case-Barlow Farm.

From Dec. 4-14, the farm will host four holiday events.

  •  Tour of Trees in the “Big Red” Barn – Thursday through Sunday, Dec. 4 – 7 (noon-7:30 p.m.). Experience a forest of holiday trees in a historic barn. Each tree is decorated by a local non-profit hoping to win $1,000 for their charity. Vote for your favorite. Also featured will be a train display from the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. The afternoon and evening will feature a gift shop, treats, a kids’ scavenger hunt and other entertainment. The cost is $5 per person.
  •  Adult Holiday Tea – Friday, Dec. 6 (6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m) Gather your friends for a Victorian-themed Adult Tea served inside the Case-Barlow’s historic farmhouse, decorated with lush holiday greens… Tickets are $65 per person and must be purchased online.
  • Gingerbread Teas for Kids with Craft – Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 6 – 7 (noon to 2 p.m.) Children and their grownups will enjoy a lunch featuring soup and tea sandwiches as well as seasonal treats. Children can create a holiday craft to take home and will get a visit from Frosty the Snowman. Reservations are required; ticket prices are $25 for children and $65 for adults. Be sure to book early as this event sells out quickly.
  • Santa in the Barn – Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 13 – 14 (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.) Capture the magic of the season as children meet Santa himself, nestled in his bright red sleigh amidst the beauty of a barn filled with holiday trees. Perfect for family photos. Each child receives a complimentary cookie and hot cocoa. Online reservations are required.
