Payment Method*

Payment Policy: Payment in full is required 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to pay in full 30 days prior to the event jeopardizes your spot at the event. Cancellation policy: If payment is received in full and sponsor/exhibitor requests a cancellation in writing by 30 days prior to the event, then all money paid will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the event then no refund will be provided.
